Sacred Woman

As I was taking a shower, I was opened up to the resonance of duality. It took me to the bible. Genesis 1:27 states:

"So God created mankind in his own image,

in the image of God he created them;

male and female he created them."

So then why is the idea of a powerful feminine such a taboo in religion? In the beginning there was man and woman, created in God’s image. If we are a reflection of God, then there is a Goddess or the feminine aspect of God. Man, woman, Jesus, Mary Magdalene, God and Goddess, Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine.

The Cosmic Duality mirrored in everything. So why do we fight the idea of a female God or that Jesus Christ might have had a Wife name Mary Magdalene? We honor his mother Mary but why not his beloved. We fight for the idea that a marriage is supposed to be between man and woman but yet do we honor woman, the feminine? History has lost a huge part of it.

The creator aspect, the cosmic womb from which everything was born from and continues on this plane of physicality. What do we gain from shunning the feminine? What do we gain from not honoring the power of woman, for without her, there would be no life? She is life. She gives life. Heavens knows this truth. Nature knows this truth. Nature mimics the truth to us. It is the balance of the cosmos. The Yin and Yang. There is not one without the other.

They dance in cosmic balance.

Not to say that there isn't any women in the bible because there are. The wise ones, the gentle ones, the obedient ones. And the powerful ones, well the powerful ones are shunned, punished or destroyed in some way or form. Why is that?

What is the fear associated with a woman's power? Masculine, what is there to fear? She is a part of you as you are a part of her. One is not greater or more powerful than the other, but equal. Without her, where do you think you would be?

Woman, why are you afraid of your power? What would it be like, look like and feel like if you steeped in your balance? Not in a way of shunning or cutting down the masculine. Balance would be restored. Cosmic balance!

I dare you woman, to step into your divine right as the Yin to the Yang, as the Moon to the Sun, as the fire to water. I dare you to take back your throne next to the divine. I see you. I feel you. I receive you and I honor you. Honor Thyself Woman. Take back your throne of Sovereignty.

I dare you!
